SOLMAN_SETUP: CX_LMDB_USER_ERROR

Hello,

I am in a process of setting up Solman 7.2 SP5.

Now I am facing an issue where the SAP_LMDB_LDB_0000000001 job is canceled.

The error log shows:
An exception of class CX_LMDB_USER_ERROR occurred
User SOLMAN_BTC has no authorization to plan a job for user SOLMAN_BTC

In a long text, there is a mention that I should check the object S_BTCH_NAM.
I have already manually added the object, but nothing has changed.

Did anyone here try to solve the same problem?

What user you are login as? during solman_setup, make sure user has appropriate authorizations.

Hi Jan,

You probably should not add authorizations to SOLMAN_BTC manually (yes, there are exceptions, e.g during RCD on some SP levels).

Try to go through basic configuration under SOLMAN_SETUP TCODE and check the user creation steps, if all roles are up to date.

Run the authorization trace and it will give you all required authorizations.
