MDG : Reminder/Escalation - Email Notification

Experts ,

we often have requirement for email notification and we are doing it almost on every project.

Just wanted to check how to automate for escalation emails, we do have requirement when request cross 48 hours need to send reminder emails to approve , one way to schedule reports every hour and do it , any other way ?

Please share some more details, I have coded multiple times for email notification.

I am looking for automate process like the moment it cross SLA it should trigger an email.

You can your class handlers that comes in Extended Mail Notification Framework. Please check it.
