Backup Problem

Hi all

I have just restored a backup from the DEV server to the PROD server,And i cut over the Servers's IP address.When i test the prd application,Only the admin-user can access the BPC For Excle,But can't access into the Admin console.Other users can access either.Anyone can help me ?
