Start DSWP Tx takes too long

Hi,

I'm not sure if this has some fix or this is because the huge amount of managed systems in Solman but every time I try to use DSWP Tx and it is pointing to operations the system takes 30 seconds to work. I have read this is normal because of Solman checks every system using RFC calls and as we have so many systems the Tx takes that amount of time.

I applied SAP note 1379844 but this only improved Monitoring section of the DSWP (it works fast) but entering operations it takes too long

Does any of you have an Idea of what this could happening?.

Here we have more than 80 systems in the SMSY so this is probably the reason??

The 80 systems should not have an issue on DSWP.

Please review the following notes to improve the performance.

I'm sorry I did not post earlier, thanks to mentioned notes I was able to get a better response time, at least a decent time is the rule now.

Hello AC,

In addition to the performance Notes Jared provided, you may also want to look at Note 1180593.

Additionally, if you are using Solution Manager Support Desk, a large number of messages can impact performance, so if you do use Service Desk you may wish to view SAP note 614311.
