Shopping cart status set to "Release rejected" automatically

Hi All,

Recently we upgraded our system from SRM 7.02 to 714 (SRMNXP 100 SP13 to SRMNXP150 SP08)..PCW is active workflow.

we find strange issues post upgrade.

Shopping cart status gets into "Release rejected" within minutes of SC creation. But workitems are sent to manager as expected and WF is in status "Started".Manager has not taken any action though.This happens randomly and I am able to identify any pattern so far.

Any ideas to handle this?
