SMOHQUEUE error message

We have a message saying 'ONHOLD' when we look at SMOHQUEUE. We are basically updating data from CRM->CDB->LAPTOP(mobile).

This process worked fine last week and therefore I wondered what could have happened to cause this. One of consultant has suggested that maybe a function module has been changed, but how do determine which function module is being used (if they are used) when processing these qrfc queues?.
