Inserting Dynamic Break

Hello Experts

I have a requirement to insert a Dynamic Beak during Time Evaluation. Though Standard Functionality looks at the Daily Break Schedules, in this scenario, I can not create a dynamic break because this is applicable only for those employees who are absent on a part day.

Is there a way I can insert a forced break via PCR.

Please help me.
