OData Generation error - Hybris Marketint 1702 Essential Scenario Step25

Hi experts,

i am doing the initial configuration of hybris marketing (1702) by running the essential scenario in the technical configuration cockpit (CUAN_INITIAL_SETUP). The error appeared at the step 25 of Generate OData Services. The error massage is :

Metadata not loaded - See /IWBEP/ERROR_LOG in backend 'LOCAL_CEI' - Unable to connect to the system. Contact your System Administrat or. Diagnosis Authorization Error -No authorization to log on as a Trusted System Inc...

and

  • Generating OData service CL_CUANCUSTLVH03_Q001_SRV not possible
  • Generating OData service CL_CUANCUSABCB01_Q001_SRV not possible
  • Generating OData service CL_CUANSLSORDB01_Q001_SRV not possible
  • Generating OData service CUANREVOUTSMD_Q001_V01 not possible
  • ....

I have checked all APPL.Hybris permissions and also the SNotes without success.

Do you know what's wrong?

The problem could be solved by importing the following notes: 2699916, 2641840.

Hello Jacqueline,
according to your screenshot it looks like an upgrade of your dev system, right? Some services already active and assigned to LOCAL_CEI, some need to be activated and have issue with LOCAL_CEI. Could you check the system alias? Normally it gets created also by task list. Eventually it would be better to open a ticket for a more detailed analysis, thanks and best regards, Sophie.

Hi Jacqueline,

It is recommended to start with the latest release (currently 1809 on-prem). Is there a specific reason why you want to install 1702?

Did you follow the install guide as well as the Release Information Note (RIN) for 1702?

thx for feedback.

We cannot upgrade to 1809 because our customer does not fulfill the system requirements. This is how we set up in 1702 based on the installation guide, best practice instructions and RIN. Nevertheless I could not solve the error yet.
