scrap raw materials from shopfloor

Hi experts,

Is it possible to scrap raw materials from shopfloor and issue raw materials for the same order.....scenario is i need raw materials X and Y 100kg each to make 200kg of Z....I confirmed the order and materials X & Y came to the shopfloor....bfr production 20kg of X got spoiled by some reason....Is it possible to scrap the 20kg of X and issue 20kg w.r.t the same order without canceling the confirmation......
