Restored Appset error

Hi all

I have SAP BPC 7 setup in a multi-server environment,and now i want restore a backup from the DEV server to the PROD server.But when process the fourth step :'creating olap database',it's no respond. when check the server manger,there is something wrong with the reportiing service.Anybody can help me?
