Mass creattion of PM Notification & Maintenance Order

Hi ,

Need to develop custom program using BAPI instead of LSMW or BDC program to create PM notification & Maintenance Order from the PM notification entering all relevant fields such as text , reported by field ,malfunction date ( At Notification ) as well as operation & component detail ( at order ) . Could anyone you please suggest appropriate BAPI name to create mass notification & mass order from notification !

Hi,

Look at the BAPI's named BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN and BAPI_ALM_NOTIF_CREATE. Check the 'Function module documentation' for each.
