In Management Involvement, in the requisition monitor, there is a link for display request. This link is displayed for some requisitions and for a few others these are not displayed. What is the purpose?

How does candidates get shortlisted for it to be displayed in the shortlisted column in the requisition monitor? What activity triggers that

Hello,

There are 3 conditions which must be met for candidate to appear in the shortlist column. The candidacy status must be 'In Process', manager must be assigned as recruiting support team member for the requisition against which the candidacy is assigned and lastly a questionnaire activity assigned to the manager as person responsible must exist.

Through this link the manager can complete the assessment questionnaire activities assigned, track status of candidacies against his/her requisites, check postings etc.

Sure, but how do you shortlist the candidate?

The recruiter just needs to create any questionnaire activity with a questionnaire assigned.

The responsible person of the questionnaire activity has to be the Manager you want to shortlist the candidate to.

In this case the shortlisted column will include the new assignment.

How do you assign the manager as the person responsible for the questionnaire activity.

Hello,

Person Responsible is the user personnel number that is entered in the 'Processed By' field on the activity screen. When creating an activity, you have fields for status planned and completed, due on, note, attachments, etc. The personnel you are going to enter in processed by is the person reposnible and will see the activity in either my planned activifites or my planned correspondence activities. This will be saved as RES_SOBID in the specific activity infotype.
