Changing a warehouse to a drop-ship warehouse

We have a customer that wen live about three weeks ago and accidentally created a transfer in and out of a warehouse for the same quantity and item that we expected to assign as a drop-ship warehouse. Net affect of these transactions is zero. Now that there are two documents related to this warehouse, the 'drop ship' flag is grayed out on the warehouse setup screen. Because we know that these are the only documents associated with this warehouse and that there's a zero on hand for all items at this warehouse, can we safely go into the OWHS table using SQL Management Studio and flip this drop ship flag for this warehouse? Can you think of any possible issues that may arrise from me doing this?
