ERROR => DlLoadLib: dlopen()= Unable to find library 'libclntsh.so.9.0'.

Hi All

My Development server was crashed due to hdd drive failure. Then I restored file system backup and the database backup. I tried to start sap it was giving me an error, but if I started db using sql prompt it started successfully. Please help me urgently....
