Measuring Position Unique check

Dear All,

I made the required settings in SPRO to make Measuring Position as Unique at Client Level.

When I am creating Measuring Point with same Measuring Position, it is giveing only a warning message IR140.

I did not find this in Message control to make from Warning to Error. Is there any other standard way to make it Error or only through development.
