Difining BIN structure

Im having problems defining the BIN structure

is as follow

Template ANNNNCNCCC

Structure ABBCD E

Start value R1301-1

End value R1310-6

Increment 10011 1

I need the ranges

R1301-1...R1301-6, R1302-1...R1302-6 .... R1310-6

increment by 1, but I got the message "Increment is not to be used for each part of the struct.greater than zero"

How the structure should be defined?
