Account Information Not Recognized

We installed BO and when we try to log on to CMC using as Administrator (User Name), we are getting the error - account information not recognized: Enterprise authentication could not log you on. Pleaes make sure your logon information is correct (FWB 00008).

Is the username case sensive ?? pls let me know if I am missing something

Hello,

regarding the user name no it is not. Regarding the password yes it is.

you had to set the administartor password during the installation of BOE. This password you have to choose. If you didnt choosed a password it is blank.
