Overwriting original report with schedule

Hi all,

I am using BOXI 3.1 and when I schedule a WEBi report it automaticly creates new instances. I would like the scheduler to overwrite the original report and not to create a new instances. Is this possible ?

Hi

It is not Possible. The Schedule report always create a new Instance. If you want to Opnen the New Instance every time .

log in to CMC --> Applications --> Infoview Properties --> Default Viewing Action on Listing Page: As per you needed .

There reason I was asking was that I wanted the dashboard viewer analytic to display the latest instance. Your answer also solved this issue.
