Remote SAP B1 server connection with VPN but got 1102 error (connection to server lost)

Hi there,

We have an SAP server and its database server in our private network behind a Cisco ASA firewall. We plan to allow users to remotely connect to our SAP server using Cisco Anyconnect VPN. After the VPN connection is established, I can reach the login details page and choose the database to load. However, it said "Connection to database is lost,contact your system administrator (ODBC-1102)" error after clicking OK. I have already used IP address to point to our SAP server with correct port number during the installation. Any help will be appreaciated!
