domain chnage for ESS users - Error

Hi All,

We have an issue with our ESS/MSS portal. We have recentley moved some users to a different domain. They can access the java stack portal, but when they try to access a BSP that is running form our backend they get 'page can not be found' error.

Has anybody else had this issue or know what I can do to resolve it?

Hi Nick,

I think you need to check the BSP application which is integratd in the portal in Content administration whether it is working or not.

You may also check in backend se80..

BSP working fine for me but I am on the standard domain. Any other ideas?

Hi Nick

Please try to check system alias used for BSP application in portal and check connection test for the Portal System Landscape corresponding to your system alias.

Hi,

Try to findout logfiles when u got the error to findout a clue. check any firewalls is blocking not to call those applications.
