only backup support messages from Service Desk on Solution Manager

Dear Expert!

I finish my Service Desk, and now I need only backup support messages on the Service Desk. But I don't backup full my database. Please show me about that as soon as possible. Thank you very much!

Hello,

Service Desk documents use CRM document tables, Ibase tables, and business partner tables. it also depends on SMSY tables,. If you add to this all the customizing tables, In my opinion perhaps you are better off doing a full database backup. Why do you need to perform a backup of only the Service Desk documents?

Dear Expert!

One day, we have more 1000 support message from our customer, so I need only backup the support messages. Everyone can show me about that. And when a message creator select "Confirm" is the message not visible in t-code :crm_dno_monitor . How to we can see the message again. thank you very much!

Use the Tcode DNOTIFWL to see the messages that are even confirmed .

Also you choose the ALL option in CRM_DNO_MONITOR may give you the same .

Regarding only service desk messages Backup, I would suggest to go for full Db backup. I am not sure about any such methods to backup only service desk messages, and even if you are able to backit up, I doubt the its consistancy .
