ABAP 7.51 and 7.52 Trials Workflow and FIORI cockpit

ABAP trial 7.52 fails when trying to do Auto customising for Workflow (SWU3) It gives error WF-WORKFLOW user doesn't have sufficient authorisation (even though it has SAP-ALL). Needs some profile that doesn't exist. The rest of the system seems to function quite nicely on W10 and Linux Centos 7.6. Note also you need to add SHMMAX parameter into etc/sysconf and reboot system before starting install. You need that for all versions of ABAP trial

ABAP trial 7.51 doesn't have FIORI application cockpit - or I can't find them -- otherwise works fine. ABAP 750 works OK .

Note while doing install after the initial "decompress" / extraction has been done and while process is still running - do it quickly as root - replace the ASE license file with the new one (expires end of March 2020). Do this on all systems.

Getting the link to the 752 download is a bit of a round about way and you have to download 1 file at a time accepting license each time but it does work -- would be grateful if anybody's got the Workflow customising (SWU3) fixed yet - doesn't also allow creation of local RFC due to same authorisation problem (ABAP752)
