Problem in creating Service Order from WEB UI (CRM 7.0)

Hi,

I am trying to create Service Order from WEB UI.

But I am getting error saying to enter Sales Representative. But, I am not seeing any field on the screen.

But, In CRM 6.0, when I enter Sold to party, it is giving popup to select Sales Rep.

And when I search for a contact, in serch screen, automatically, this account ID is being popuplated. But this is not happening in CRM 7.0.

Please let me know , how can I solve this.

Do we need to do any settings, to get Sales Rep popup?
