MASS CLOSING OF PRS

Dear All,

how to do mass closing of purchase requitions .

Is there any transaction for mass closing..please help me..

Hi,

there is no standard Tcode available for mass closing PR.

It can be done through BDC or LSMW. Use tcode ME52 only for developing LSMW.

Stonadard program not available.Better you develop BDC for your activity to close mass PR.It will will help ful for your futureuse.Check with your ABAPer to develop BDC.

we are also trying do mass closing for pr but not able to add feild for deletion indicator while adding feild thru sm30

The called function with the view/table EBAN needs a special maintenance dialog which, however, either does not exist at all, or does not exist completely.

Hi Vishnu,

There isn't a standard transaction for closing PRs. I suggest you create an ABAP program to tag PRs as "closed" or "deleted". Use table EBAN (PR) and mark the field EBAN-LOEKZ (deletion indicator) with an "X".

Use Transaction MEMASSRQ. But here you will not get field "LOEKZ" i.e. as deletion indicator. So go to SM30 and in table "MASSFLDLST", add following and then try MEMASSRQ

Object type = BUS2105

Table name = EBAN

field name = LOEKZ

mass closing of PRs in not possible with the t code

go to me52n > go to item detail level > go to quantites/dates tab > select the check box "Closed".

this does not work. Have you ever tried it yourself?
