Rounding problem of Purchase order while MRP calculations

Former Member

Hello Experts,

My purchase unit is different from Base unit and sales unit.

Purchase: ft

Sales : m

Base: m

I am using this for my Trading goods, I am creating a sales order in M and ordering Ft and my base unit is M

ex:

order quantity: 5000m

after conversion my order quantity went to 16045FT

when I run my MRP Purchase requisition is created for 5000M but when I change it to Purchase order quantity is 5000.244m

can you please suggest me how can I avoid this.

I want purchase order to be created with rounded value.

Thanks

Satya

hI,

Maintain the Rounding Profile in Material Master in MRP1 View and you can customize rounding profile in TCode OWD1.

I hope this will help you.

Hi,

Can you check the conversion factor maintained in the Info-record & that in the material master?

Dear

Goto CUNI-Unit Of Measurement -Decimal Places - change the decimal place to 0

Or Decimal Pl.Rouding -keep it blank.

Hope this will solve the issue
