Request Delegation In CUP

Hi Friends,

I am in AC 5.3 SP10, But I am not able to see the option Approver Delegation in CUP. I beleive it is part of GRC AC 5.3 SP9 - Enhancements.

hi Satyabrat,

There are two way's to create Approver delegation.

1 when an approver create delegated approver for himself/herself. That can be done through My Work -> Approver delegation.

2 When an administrator can create an approver delegation for the approvers in the landscape that can be done by following the link Configuration-> Request-> approver delegation.

If you do not approver delegation link visible. Than check you UME Role. UME Role should have the action " ViewApproverDelegation" & " ApproverDelegationByAdmin".
