Hi

thanks for the response. In my case Except OT Earnings and other earnings we are calculating ESI for all the components. Say for an Ex-Factory allowance for an Employee is 150 per month but actually his earned amount of Factory allowance is 130 if u add like all components which are applicable for ESI Deduction the amount deducted for ESI is Wrong. It is deducting based on Gross amount all the earnings. but i need to deduct it on earned amount. how to do it.

Hi

/112 ESI Basis 11,527.57

/113 ESI Basis Nominal 13,027.57

/3EA Actual ESI Basis 11,527.57

/3E1 Ee ESI contribution 212.00

Whereas ESI Amount is coming as 212 from where it is calculating and arriving this amount. how to resolve this amount.

/3E1 Ee ESI contribution 212.00

/3E2 Er ESI contribution 575.00

Calculation based on Gross salary ok. But if an employee presence for 20 days then ESI Should calculate based on presence days which means earned pay only. But here in my case it is not like that.

hi

in client side when employee goes on hold as he leaves with out informing or not cleared with documents or leaves without giving laptop back, then end-user keeps this employees on hold by giving LOP,but when same employee comes back with laptopm and wants to do full and final process then the esic for his last 10 days of previous month is not coming in RT table.
