Standard FM to get the latest modifiable transport of an object

Hi,

I have found a standard FM to get list of transport for an object, that is GET_VERSION_LIST.

BUT I cannot get the latest transport of the object if that transport has modifiable status.

Please suggest me the FM which can select the latest modifiable transport for an object.
