Selection of Templates for Mail creation: only MY templates are visible

In the hybris marketing Content Studio,

when creating a new E-mail, there is the option to create an E-mail based on a template.

However I am only able to select MY templates, and not templates created by my colleagues...

In the overview list I am able to see ALL the templates though.

Can we somehow make a setting so that I can also choose to create an email based on a template of someone else?

Did your colleague that created the email template add your user to the "Authorised Users" of the email template?

if not, could you try and see whether that has any effect.

I should change some information on this question.

I noticed now that in the list of available templates that I can see:

- all MY templates (unregarding their status)

- all templates in status Released (also those from colleagues)

- all templates in status Planned from colleagues if they added me to the "authorized users" section.

So actually because all the Released templates are showing, this list is OK.

The "authorized users" does indeed provide this email template into my list.

But then we need to add ALL users to ALL templates if we want to make all the templates available to the whole department?

Why is this necessary? In the overview list, based on PFCG-authorizations, I am able to see all the mail templates. But when creating a new mail I cannot see all templates unless explicitly I am assigned as "authorized user" :s Doesn't seem logical.

Anyway thanks for the tip, we can use this as workaround already.
