Error running crystal reports that have a dynamic list of values

We are using Crystal Reports Server XI and started having a problem a couple of days ago. When attempting to run a crystal report that has a dynamic LOV(list of values), the following error messages are received.

List of Values failure: fail to get values. [Cause of error: initializationEx SDKException:Cannot initialize report application session. --- Unable to connect to the server: . - All the servers with CMS INVIVOW130.INTERMAGNETICS.COM, cluster @intermagnetics.com and kind rptappserver are down or disabled]

Unable to retrieve Object.
