Error 1094 installing Crystal Reports 2008 in a 2008 Foundation Server

Hello.

We are having problems trying to install Crystal Reports 2008 in a 2008 Foundation Server.

The error system shows is:

"Error 1904 module c:program files usiness object usinessobject enterprise 12.0win32_x86 eportconvtool.dll failed to register. HRESULT - 2147024769"

In other threads we see thing like registering manually (does not work), installing the last version of MDAC (does not work), installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86) ... No way, every time the same error.

There is any kind of known incompatibility?
