SLD not updated systems information and not add new systems.

Hello Folks.

My SLD server is working fine, without errors on log. But 2 months ago all sap system all systems is not made any updated on SLD and when I try to add a new system using RZ70 for abap or via NWA or Visual Admin for Java, the system is not added.

The connections is working fine from RZ70, SLDCHECK, SLDAPICUST, Visual Admin..

I would like to know if anyone has already experienced this problem to help me to fix this issue.

Dear Edurado,
Hope you are doing good.
Please trigger the data transfer once more and if needed in /nRZ70, start the background job again.Make sure that the data transfer is done from the central instance of the ABAP server and select the data transfer jobs to run in background. Kindly check this and then retrigger the steps.

Also on the SAP NetWeaver Application Server for Java, navigate to Visual administrator -> SLD Data Supplier -> a) tab "HTTP Settings": URL and user/password must be correct and user must have J2EE security role "DataSupplierLD" on the SLD. b) tab "CIM Client Generation Settings": URL and user/password must be correct and user must have J2EE security role "LcrInstanceWriterLD". and then retrigger the SLD data again.

Hi Eduardo,

Even we faced the same issue in our Solman SLD, where the data of managed systems were not getting updated. Please check few things as below.

1) Default EM port for the managed system would be 6001 from the introscope host adapter system. Try Telnet with EM host and EM port and check if it is working fine.

2) Try re-synchronizing the data from SLD or run the background job to push data from LMDB to SLD.

3) Refer these notes for further idea

4) run the smd scripts manually and push data to the target SLD with appropriate host name,user and password.
