Sceduling of work book

Hi all,

I have a workbook. Now user wants that workbook to be executed automatically(when ever data loading through process chan gets completed) and transferred to ther mail box. It is like auto scheduling of workbook. I think it is posiible through Information broad casting. I was reading in sap help about IB and found that a separate precalculated server is needed.

Please give your thoughts on it.

If possible can you give me detailed steps of doing it
