I have the following legal change requirements to implement:
The system shall consider the following public sector rules to allowed absences (IT2001) to be deducted in vacations quota (IT2006):
u2022 The employee can only use 13 days or 26 half days per year;
u2022 The employee can only use 2 days or 4 half days per month;
u2022 These absence days can be deducted from the quota of current civil year or from the quota of next civil year;
u2022 The employees are allowed to this benefit after the second worked year;
u2022 The absence days can only be registered as complete days or half days.
1) How can I specify a selection criteria for thoses kind of absences (IT2001)?
2) How can I specify a selection criteria for deduct the quota from this civil year quota (criteria A) or next civil year (criteria B)?
3) How to deduct an absence that occurs in this year from the next year vacation quota?
