I want to ask you about EWA Report, we have results like this, and the top is standard SAP MB52, how we read this report and do this report tell us a problem ?

Edwin, the transaction profile shows, that
Transaction: MB52
Description: List of Warehouse Stocks on Hand
Main category: Material Management (MM)
Sub category: Inventory Management

is the most frequently used transaction in regards of total response time (and dialog steps). First of all, it's just an information. Any improvement will be noticed by end users (because it's frequently used). The Avg DB Time (3703ms) is responsible for 72% of the average response time (2677ms).

So it might be worth to start a performance analysis.

You can review the SQL Statement section in the EWA report. Check with the application consultant / developers expensive statements, which are related to this transaction. The high database response times could also be simple caused by selection of a high volume of data, too.

Hi Tammy

Thank you for your input, i read those document and find about red alert but not related with tcodes mentioned in result ( CMIIW ). What i really meant is are we really need to tuning those tcodes shown in result ? Do this results mean we have a problem or that those tcodes just frequenly used and still normal ??

i can understand if it is Z tcodes but what about standard SAP tcodes ? Do they normal appear in this results ?

Hi - I think this document https://support.sap.com/content/dam/support/en_us/library/ssp/offerings-and-programs/support-service... explains when you need to take action - e.g. red alerts (see slide 17, 20)
