sap bw : reschedule a process chain

I am a beginner in sap bw and I want to know, for a process chain that is scheduled to run daily, if I have to reschedule it if I make a change and I reactivate.

yes, you need to adapt the start variant and reschedule. best way is to remove from schedule before changing. then change, activate and schedule.
