Location of Tomcat Logs to resolve PeopleSoft Enterprise Authentication Error

How and where can I locate the appropriate Apache Tomcat logs on the SBOP BI 4.1 SP7 Platform, application and web servers, to locate the error generated via CMC>Authentication>PeopleSoft Enterprise?

org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: Received fatal alert: unexpected_message

We are trying to locate and understand the error, in order to resolve. The SBOP BI 4.1 SP7 Platform is attempting to communicate with PeopleSoft Server over firewall.

We have successfully implemented the PeopleSoft Enterprise Security Integration following all the appropriate instructions: .cer file, domain name, user account/password, QAS address, and environment variables.

We previously had the PeopleSoft Enterprise Security Integration working with PeopleSoft 9.1, but the team recently upgraded PeopleSoft 9.2/PeopleTools 8.55.11 and we can not get the security integration to work now.
