How to control booking extra hours in time sheet entry?


We are allocaing say 20 Hrs of work for an emplyee in Activity-Person Assignment Tab.

Now when an employee enters his time sheet thru CAT2, we are having the following two problems:

ℹ️ The activity appears even after the specified time/dates-We do not want this to happen

(ii) Te employee is able to book additional hours in the time sheet (more that the hours allocated)

How do we prevent the above? Pl advise.
