LSWM for IT2013

Hi guys. Please help. Am trying to run an LSMW to delete all exisiting quota correction records. However, records are not being deleted during LSMW run. When I run the LSMW in the foreground, I see that it enters the Personnel number, selects the infotype and period but then moves on to the next employee without deleting the records. Please help if you have any idea why this is happening.

thanks guys!!! realised the lsmw wouldn't update records if i selected period 'ALL'. i had to put in specific periods to get the records deleted...particular months. thanks again for the suggestions.

Check if your recording is correct, i think you might have not recorded it properly

Hi thanks for responding. I have gone through it soooo many times, been sitting with this issue for a week now. i've recorded and tried deleting using the record overview and deleting line by line, and by just selecting 'all' and going directly to delete records but the lsmw doesn't not reflect that. is there a specific command to delete an infotype record perhaps?

You can perhaps try doing it using BDC. Take the help of an ABAPer while doing so.

Hi Lynnette,

To delete the records in the IT2013 i.e Quota correcctions....Go to the Transaction SE16N ..........PA2013.....u wont find the option to delete here...Then go to the Transaction Code &SAP_EDIT in the same screen....then it activates the screen....u can see the Delete option....u can select the number of entries u want to delete and ..........delete them.....
