Hi,
We are BC administrators.
Our functional integrator request us to open internet flow from ABAP Apllication Server on Premise in order to access Blockchain SCP Foundry functionality : does somenone knows how to proceed in this case and SAP best practices ?
They want to open URL https://leonardoparis.authentication.eu10.hana.ondemand.com/oauth/token
For your information, a Sap Cloud Connector has been installed in their landscape.
Regards,
Stéphane Maggion.
Dear Stephane,
However, it is not clear from the description but I assume you try to use ABAP as a client (create a destination on it) and you want to reach SAP Cloud Foundry as a server. So you want to establish an on-premise to cloud scenario. It will not work with Cloud Connector. SCC currently allow only service channels for cloud backend connections. See more in SAP Help: https://help.sap.com/viewer/cca91383641e40ffbe03bdc78f00f681/Cloud/en-US/16f63429a2344b8baec1c81cafe.... I am not aware what kind of scenario can be set for on-premise to cloud but it cannot be surely done with SCC. Probably Cloud Foundry experts can say about some best ractices.
In case you try cloud to on-premise scenario there are several best practices. In this case please describe what protocol you would like to use for ABAP backend conenction: HTTP, RFC, LDAP etc...

Barnabás Paksi

Dear Barnabás,
Thanks for your answer, it's not very clear to me either. The link will help me.
I think thaht opening internet flow to access to SAP Cloud Platforms isn't the good method..

Stéphane.
