Hi,
I have created a custom BO and I want to use a Workflow Rule to send an email to the Customer. Unfortunately, the email is automatically sent to the Customer's main address but my requirement is to send the email to a secondary address entry which contains the correct email address.
I tried to create an association to Customer.AddressInformation and set the correct address using ABSL but even when I can see the association in the Workflow Rule the email is not sent.
So, Is it possible to send the email to a different emails address in the Workflow Rule?
Any other idea will be welcome.
Thanks,
Alejandro Cordero.
Hi Alejandro,
Have you considered adding the recipient as a custom involved party? That could make it automatically available as a recipient in the workflow rule definition. You can easily test this by adding the involved party manually.
Kind regards,
Gab
