Newly created Products not appearing in Product catalog after SP upgrade


Hi All,

Newly created Products are not appearing in ISA front end after sucessful replication (initial/update). Please find the enclosed deails.

- New Products are created and assigned to Product catalog in SAP CRM 5.0 (after support pack upgrade CRM 5.0 SP09 to CRM 5.0 SP15)

- All old products are appearing fine. The issue is only with new products. When we try to add new products in the basket, it is throwing error "Product not found", though the product is available in CRM & ECC, actively assigned and replicated.

- All the data related Webshop, repliation, logs are find and we dont see any issues.

- During SP15 upgrade, a new feature is included "Staging". Staging indicator is set to D No Staging: overwrite Index immediately (SAP TREX-API) in Table Name COMV_PCAT_REPL.

- The catalog maintenance is in CRM GUI only
