How to Get User From PERNR?

Hi all,

I have PERNR and now i want to determine AGENT For my workflow using this PERNR.

I have tried from PA0001 table that UNAME field of that PERNR but the problem is some of UNAME values are Numbers not USERS

so how could i get USER from PERNR?
