Sap Contac Center CDT Error (disconnect)

Hi experts,

Our client using version 7.0.12.0 is experiencing sporadic errors of disconnection of incoming calls, in the CDT; both with direct calls and queue calls.

Observing the logs of the CDT, I see:

The terminal is with Windows 10 (64) and IE 11 with Plantronics c3220.
