Customer Mail Z-methode

Hi Guys,

I am trying to enhance the mail methode CRM_ORDER_EXEC_SMART_FORM of the class CL_DOC_PROCESSING_CRM_ORDER.

Therefore I have copied the whole class into customer namespace and made the changes I wanted.

The problem is, that the solman still uses the standard methode after I have resigned the new class and methode to the mail action?

I also tried to copy only the methode CRM_ORDER_EXEC_SMART_FORM into ZCRM_ORDER_EXEC_SMART_FORM in the orginal class, but here I need an object key.

Is there a trick to copy it without an object key?

I think - you should to recreate rule for your action defenition.

The Copy of the whole class worked what forgot was to click on the button 'Set Processing' at the action definition.

Hi,

Its a good idea to copy CRM_ORDER_EXEC_SMART_FORM into ZCRM_ORDER_EXEC_SMART_FORM. You can always register objects in marketplace, that would help SAP in providing support in case you face any issue relating to this object.

You cannot perform this activity without registering object. No magic tricks invented yet.
