RAR: Actions in Roles but not in Rules

HI:

We have just begun populating this area in RAR (Informant Tab - Audit Reports) and are going through the transactions in our Roles that are not in the rule set, and transferring our analysis to the Analyzed Tcodes table.

Problem 1: When we do a search on custom transaction codes (say Z)....we get a list of 80 transaction codes. When we go into the R/3 backend...and look up Z transaction codes, we see that there are 100. Does anyone know why there may be a discrepancy, and if so, how to fix this??

Problem 2: Related to the issue above (which is happening in our Dev environment)...in our QAS and PRD RAR environments, when we try to search by transaction code, we do not see any results at all when inputting Z*.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and points awarded.
