DSD integration with CRM

Hi Experts,

Is there a standard integration of DSD (direct store delivery (IS-BEV)) with CRM.

I am especially interested in the integration of having appointment rules or periodicity of planned visits in CRM.

Hi Christina,

even though there is no out of the box integration between DSD and CRM in the way you described, project based solutions have been implemented by SAP Custom Development.

By a combination of using the standard feature for scheduling visits periodically, and Activity scheduling with visit plans functionality of SAP CRM with our custom development of creating sales orders from service contracts we were able to demonstrate the "DSD" capability in CRM for a waste management company. SAP Custom development was involved in the solution. But the solution was not adapted for various other reasons

Not sure on DSD. But if you are talking about scheduling visits periodically, it is possible with visit plans and Activity scheduling functionality of SAP CRM.
