Hi Gurus,

How to make IT2001 and IT2002 updated? When employee request Leave using ESS portal. Please advice.

Hi,

IT 2001 is for Absences and IT 2001 will be updated after the manager approves leave and you run the RPTARQPOST.

Once the report is ran successfully the requested absences are posted to the SAP System.

IT 2002 is for Attendances - Once Manager approves the recorded working times and go to t.code CAT6 and run it the data is updated to the IT2002.

If as a time admin you want to approve the attendances you can go to t.code CATS_APPR_LITE and approve the attendances.

and run CAT6 t.code to update the records.

2002 can also be updated via Rptarqpost and depends upon on customisation of absence using T554s

Hi Francis,

When employee request Leave using ESS portal the records are store on CATS application.

You can see the records using CATS_DA transaction on backend.

If the records are approved and have not updated on IT 2001 or IT 2002 , you can transfer again using the CAT6 transaction.
