I am installing ECC5.0 DB instance by "System Copy/Oracle backup/Restore" method.
CI installation is successfull.
My question is

Hi Alim,
Once you take the export of the target system you need to restore the backup of the source system on to the target system.
for the restore options, go through the below link.

HI,
We suggest you to read system copy guide completely before proceeding with activity.
My question is
So when should i restore the DB ?
During the DB instance installation it will ask you to restore , if you have chosen backup/retsore method.
And how should i restore ?
It depends upon your environment, how you took backup , with same tool you can restore.
Again which system it is ? ABAP or ABAP+JAVA
For ABAP this will be useful link
