Form-16 Digital signature

Hi Experts,

We have one requirement in form16,while generating Form-16 ,in Digital signature system current date is displaying now .

Right now clients requirement is to change the date or we can say it need to be hardcode for some other date )

Is it possible..?can any one help me to come out of this please.
